Our Process
How it all starts
Simply send us an email or give us a call from our contact page, from there we will arrange a date and time to come and meet you in person to go over the projects you wish for us to carry out.
We will take some quick sizes of the space or items allowing us to get back to the office and work up a quotation for the work. Once accepted we will arrange a time to come back and take more accurate sizes, this allows us to produce to scale drawings that gives our clients a clear view of what we will be producing. At this point changes can be made to ensure what you have imagined is what you will be getting.
Materials
From paper to the wood store, we pick out the stock or sheet material that is required for our clients projects and begin to machine the rough boards into dressed timber. The material moves through the shop in various different machines to produce the required components. From here we move to the assembly room where we begin to glue, screw and assemble your project.
During assembly we take great pride in sanding and prepping our projects ready for spraying. The colours and finishes chosen by our clients can be taken from any colour chart or colour matched from a sample.
Painting process
In the spray booth we apply two primers and two top coats, knocking back between each coat to ensure crucial bonding for the next layer of paint.
Once the paint has cured we begin to package each component taking great care to ensure each piece gets to you the same as what it left us.
We will arrange a fitting date advising on the duration it may take, our expert fitting team will take great care of your home, sheeting up before starting and vacuuming before leaving to leave you home as we found it.
Any waste items we remove we will take away and dispose of in the correct manor
